Health Coaching

Health coach training on responding to common health issues that are presented in GP surgeries, from mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, to long-term conditions such as managing diabetes. This training allows Natalie to work as a health coach across health centres working with clients on their presenting concerns, treatment goals and towards health guidelines. Introductory knowledge of FACT, Let's Get Real framework, medicine checks and supporting those with mild to moderate health concerns through the health system safely.

Menstruality Leadership Programme

The world’s first leadership training designed for pioneers, change-makers, nurturers and creatives to realise the full authority and leadership through the power of the menstrual cycle. This training qualifies Natalie to mentor other women in the practice of menstrual cycle awareness impacting not only their spiritual health but also that of others around them and the planet.

Diploma in Practical Spirituality & Wellness

A 400-hour person-centred spiritual practice Ofqual-regulated qualification in spiritual health with 90 hours of classroom contact. Modules included reflective practice and self-awareness in spiritual development, science and context and spiritual care in practice. This training permits Natalie to companion clients in the development of their own meditation practices and find language and assurance in their own spiritual orientation, beliefs and experiences.

Post-Graduate Diploma (Masters Level) in Health

Learnt to design and evaluate evidence-based health promotion interventions, programmes and models, including undertaking needs assessment and utilising new technologies in order to maintain a healthy population in New Zealand and beyond. The course included a strong focus on diversity including disability, sexuality, gender and age to support understanding about the economic, social, cultural and environmental influences and interventions available in public health and individual wellbeing.

Introduction to the Enneagram

Two 7-week introductory courses on the Enneagram: "Own the Shadow of your Enneagram Personality Type" with Beatrice Chestnut and "The Ancient Spiritual Origins of the Enneagram as a Path for Self-Discovery & Wholeness" with Russ Hudson. Natalie is a yearly attendee of the Enneagram Global Summit since 2020 with 5 days worth of CPD talks and trainings each year. Natalie has also studied Beatrice and Uranio's 9 types in-depth videos.

Clean for Teams & Systemic Modelling

Expanded on the self-modelling approach to change with two trainings in order to share the Clean approach with groups. Clean for Teams and Systemic Modelling are new ways for people to learn about one another in a group setting, enabling them to move away from contempt and competition and towards curiosity and collaboration.

Gained Associate Coach Certification with the International Coaching Federation, the world’s largest community of professionally trained coaches. ICF-credentialed coaches are professionals who have met stringent education and experience requirements, and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Through this certification Natalie demonstrated a thorough understanding of coaching competencies, high standards, a strong code of ethical practice and coaching excellence. The membership with this coaching body has now expired.

Certified Clean Facilitator

Finished a comprehensive series of Clean modules and certification which permits Natalie to facilitate using Clean Language, Clean Space, Emergent Knowledge and Persona Modelling. This unique Symbolic Modelling approach to coaching allows highly-polished, cutting-edge interventions that deliver results from dreamland with surgical precision.

Participatory Photography Project Facilitator

Photography crosses cultural and linguistic barriers, and is suitable for all abilities. It’s both a form of creative expression and a way to record facts. It can describe realities, communicate perspectives, and raise awareness of social and global issues. This training allows Natalie to design and deliver photo voice projects that enable voice, build camera skills, deliver advocacy and work towards sustainable change.

Completed an in-depth gestalt founded psychological coach training programme at the AoEC in London, which are the most highly accredited coaching organisation in Europe. As an executive coach, Natalie is accredited to work with her unique coaching model and signature presence on behalf of organisations to best serve their staff members.

Foundation Year in Humanistic Psychotherapy

Started psychology training following a decision made after Natalie’s own five year personal experience of 1:1 therapy. This course explored various humanistic and psychoanalytic theories, group dynamics with a central theme of viewing the therapeutic process through verbal, symbolic and somatic communication.
